Associate Ozan Ünal specializes in intellectual property law, labor law and enforcement law; advising local and foreign clients on intellectual property litigation and prosecution matters. He also defends before criminal courts specializing in commercial, civil and IP. He supports the IP team in the seizure and destruction of counterfeit products throughout Turkey on behalf of large multinational companies.

He regularly acts on seizures of counterfeit products throughout Turkey, on behalf of major multinational companies in diverse sectors including luxury goods, perfumes and cosmetics, textile, automotive spare parts, toys, jewellery, and technology.

He registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2017 and graduated from Bahçesehir University Faculty of Law.
